EFFE – Europe for Festivals – Festivals for Europe Het EFFE label is een Europees kwaliteitswaardering voor culturele festivals op uiteenlopende terreinen als dans, straattheater, fortepiano etc etc., die zich kunnen vinden in de Europese gedachte van verbinding tussen kunst en community en internationale openheid en samenwerking. nastreven en in praktijk brengen.
