Dalyn Cook is currently a master’s student at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag, where she studies with Bart van Oort.
In August 2014, she was awarded first prize in the International Clavichord Competition at the Nordic Historical Keyboard Festival in Kuopio, Finland.
She was recently selected to participate in the Royaumont Foundation’s workshop “Autour de l’Empfindsamkeit” in September 2014.
In 2013 she attended the Early Music Days workshop in Fertöd, Hungary, where she worked with Malcolm Bilson, as well as the Westfield Center Summer Keyboard Workshop in North Carolina, USA, where she took part in master classes with Malcolm Bilson, David Breitman, and Andrew Willis. She has also previously worked with Marcia Hadjimarkos, Stanley Hoogland, and Menno van Delft.
In 2012, she presented a solo fortepiano program in the fringe festival at BachFestival Dordrecht.
In her spare time, Ms. Cook directs an amateur Renaissance choir in Delft.
