Early Music Day Ambassador 2021

Early Music Day is just around the corner. As an introduction to this special day, the famous keyboard player and EMD ambassador 2021 Olga Pashchenko will be live on the Early Music Day Facebook page on Tuesday 16 March at 6PM (CET). As a treat to open Early Music Week, this chat will introduce the premiere of her latest video recording, Johann Gottfried Pratsch’s Fandango. Join us for this musical interview directed by Charles Adriaenssen (Outhere Music) and ask her all the questions you have in mind!
Each edition, a well-known Early music personality is invited to become the EMD ambassador in order to increase awareness of the early music movement and bring it to the attention of a wider audience.

This year, we are delighted to have Olga Paschenko, one of today’s most versatile performers on the keyboard, as our 2021 Early Music Day ambassador. Olga’s ability to go from one instrument to the other with equal skill and sensibility, made her the embodiment of the balance between artistic virtuosity, individual creativity and historic awareness, and an ideal ambassador for Early Music Day.
